The Community Living camp, a compulsory activity of second-year B.Ed program was held on 23rd March to 27th March 2022 in FMTC Mylapore. It was a five day camp. It was an unforgettable experience that created a huge bonding between students and teachers of this institute.
The camp was named JYOTHIRGAMAYA. It simply means 'lead to light'. JYOTHIRGAMAYA means a step or foot into the light. Thus the five day camp aimed at the development of self-confidence, self-dependence, a healthy life, leadership qualities, artistic and cultural skills and an awareness about nature among the teacher trainees with the help and support of the principal of the college, Dr Lakshmi Natarajan Ma'am and all our teachers.
